Hm, if I think things came out great 5x with the same dev don’t you graduate to trust? So, maybe this is a stepping stone that's superseded?

Was being a bit tongue-in-cheek. They do graduate to trust, but I don't say that bit out loud (perhaps a personal thing). I'd rather tell them up front it was 5x better than expectation. I assume leaving an "I trust you" on their PR review is likely to create more doubts. 😄

All good as long as somebody doesn’t say “trust me” then all bets are off for me. Show, don’t tell.
