i have a meet the developer interview coming up tomorrow. It's 3 senior devs and one principal. the company doesn't have a PM. It's a small team overall. This is for their first UX hire. How should I approach this?

strive for clarity around their expectations before driving your own. It doesn't mean you won't have a chance to impact the culture and promote design lead work, but a bunch of devs hiring their first UX designer probably means they have some very specific gaps to fill ๐
