Integrating tasks into emails is interesting for me - I’ve been exploring apps that let you time block tasks onto a calendar - but having that functionality integrated directly into my email client as well could be a game-changer

The first would be a task based simple mail client, similar to tempo but I’d want it to be a workspace where I can tag todo’s.

Also simpeler folder management, where I can tag emails and find what I need.

I’d always be down for a brainstorm 👀

Wish they were still active, it’s such a good and clean mail client atleast to me.

Got my task reminder today to checkin with a prospective client - I feel like this is a great task+email integration use case. I get so annoyed having to search back for the original email thread to re-engage with context

Been using airmail for years & it’s the closest I found to suit all my needs (needs to support pgp, supports addresses other than gmail, integrates with my to-do app, etc.). they added an annoying pop-up since they switched to a subscription model though, can be a turn-off 😢

I love that there is still room in the space for calendar, email, task managers. Makes me want to keep chipping away at my own

Intrigued but also immediately turned off by the parallex implementation on mobile 😭

I haven’t found an email client I liked since Slack bought (and killed) Atom many years back tho so I’ll be keeping an eye on this one

I’ve never thought of email as an extension of task management, it makes sense just not where I intake tasks. 

Tagging and collections would be powerful and do find emails fail hard at it. I like how mymind.com handles tags.
