my general assumption is: US: higher pay, longer hours, higher cost of living EU: lower pay, less hours, lower cost of living Obviously the EU is huge and this will vary by country/city/company. Worker protections in the US are pretty awful

Yeah, thats what I’d assume too, I want to see someone doing the actually research in a spreadsheet - how many open design positions each has, calculating the pay vs. cost of living considering the tax differences, etc. 😊
