Wow, that’s interesting but how are you getting their names and photos? Do they know they are in this website? Feels like the purpose can turn into outing them and single them out.

I like the general idea but I'm not sure about singling out people.. and I say this as someone who has felt tortured by certain people lol
I mean, I know it's anonymous, but it feels weird to have a list of people's faces for someone to rate their work, even if they do it poorly (and I know the pain). Idk, I wouldn't feel very comfortable in that list as the platform seems to be towards trash-talking 😬
I agree with the other concerns listed here… rating individuals feels yucky and a very slippery slope. What about focusing on the experience of a recruitment company instead? I find that the quality of the recruiting company as a whole tends to be reflected in their recruiters
