I’ve never had to deal with an unknown error before. And I use iMessage across phone, tablet, and Mac. I wonder if it’s worth reaching out to Apple customer support. I hear they’re pretty good
It seems to be a bug for years. There are some workarounds, but rebooting my Mac every time I get faced with this just feels off 🫠
