When people post videos from stuff like the Apple event. How are people recording it? Just screen record then crop, save, post?

I would loveeee to design and build a work based Discord product. Something that people actually like to use. 

And not just Slack or Teams.

Slack feels like a drag to use these days. The amount of information overload is unreal.

Me and a friend are building a game. Should we build it in public?😅 it’s currently in test flight and we’re playing a lot with game feel at the moment. 

On the side I’m working on visual direction so we can implement all at once before App Store release.

I love what AnyDistance is doing with medals. Looking for a way to surface medals / tokens on a profile design like Instagram. 

So far I’m seeing Discord as an inspiration and the way some communities handle roles.

Might as well start with a banger. I’ve never seen someone so wide of the mark before 😂 what an absolute clown and I’m glad Bonnie called him out.

I’ve found that there are 2 types of designers:

1. Ships at “good enough”
2. Ships at “this is delightful”

Both buckets require a lot of intuition and acquired discernment. Different product teams need one vs the other at different stages.

I wonder when Apple is going to fully tie together all of its social functions in iOS to create “ioSocial” or “Apple Friends”.

It’s all there. Messaging, photo sharing, location features like sharing and reviews. You have an embedded user base of billions.
