The M2 Air is a ridiculously good machine, you should just get that one. I have a 14" Pro base model at work and switch between heavy graphics files, running Unity + Unreal projects, dealing with code in VS Code etc., and I don't even know *I* need the Pro model

need help choosing a new macbook for coding, is worth it to get a pro over an air? if so would the base 14” pro be enough?

Apple refurbished. I bought my M2 hair from their refurb section and its basically brand new. You wouldn't know if you had someone open a new vs refurbished
