But in more seriousness, pretty much the entire no-code/low-code movement uses spreadsheets as the database for their products and applications, so I assume Google, Producthunt, Indiehackers etc is a good place to find long lists
there are some that let you build simple apps with spreedsheets as a backend: e.g glide, appsheet, noloco, spreadsimple, stacker etc … is that what you mean? glideapps.com/
I know this one guy that can recreate any productivity tool in spreadsheets. Dashboards, roadmaps, you name it. The possibilities seem endless
