Having 2-3 cups of coffee a day (assuming you're drinking it black) is actually quiet healthy. The only thing you really want to watch out for with coffee is additives like cream and sugar. I drink 2 cups of black coffee every morning!

lol it definitely didn’t happen overnight! I was a sugar and cream person but transitioned out of it for health purposes. I also enjoy grinding my own beans, so having it black makes me taste the beans without any barriers.

I do two cups of coffee (Chemex) with oat milk in the morning. I try not to drink coffee after 2 or 3 pm and fall back on tea instead 🤍

I usually drink one mocha a day max, and generally only before 2pm. I didn't have any for the last week or two though, until today

Four cups with some oat milk every day☕️In my defense I am Finnish (top coffee consumers in the world) and I have a 7-month-old baby at home… I need that caffeine to function haha
