I’ve been wading through all of the Config fomo the past two days… really wish I’d attended this year! can’t replicate that energy 😭

If you’re someone who has a busy schedule and does a lot of context switching, how do you carve out time for deep thinking? I’d love to hear how you approach this or what strategies you’ve tried.

Some reflections: Holding emotional space for others is hard. Harder when you’re not in the mindset for it right then. Rewarding when the person finds clarity and momentum forward! People managers don’t always get that kind of space for themselves though. I’m a little tired 😔
