I designed fictional devices for Korean sci-fi movie 5 years ago, and it's finally releasing next week! It's sad that I cannot go watch the movie as it only releases in Korea at the moment. It was great experience to be the part of 'behind-the-scene'

Thanks Joanne!! It's called Wonderland en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wonderlan… I worked with art directors and the production team who are responsible for the 'look' of the film!

There were indeed lots of things that I found interesting in the way the team work! I'm thinking to write an article to better process the learnings from the project, so let me know if you have any specific question 😊

Honestly, this could be one of the best episodes of 'Abstract: The Art of Design' :')

Yes I really think there should be Netflix series dedicated to production design! I watched lots of 'behind-the-scene' videos for sci-fi movies during the project, but there's no in-depth one about the production design. It's fascinating domain for sure.

Maybe I'm too obsessed, but I could watch a 'behind-the-scene' series on anything related to sci-fi. I truly wonder why there is nothing around industrial design, especially products with different technologies! Maybe we are too nerd?

no such thing as too nerd, in my opinion 🤓
