Hi, everyone! 👋 I’m Joey, and I live in Columbus, Ohio, with my wife Kristen and our dog Ellie! I’m over at Webflow, working on our team’s design system, and enjoy teaching others about Figma. I’ve got a love for biking, sustainability, and connecting with others within design!

Aww thanks, Darian! I really appreciate you saying that. 🤗 Yes, Webflow is um, so much less dramatic without a hostile takeover happening as you’re trying to work.
😅 I ended up with a new design VP in the middle of my team being activated and felt like it put us in limbo for a few months. Not as hostile, but I can relate with thinking how the heck can I be focused rn. So yeah, I understand. Glad to see you made it out in time tho 😆

Awesome, thank you very much. Looking forward to book one of your sessions some time. I am also thinking of the design system audit for teams, as we struggle to buy in budget for this initiative within the company. Is this also something you go through in the session?
