I learned that travelling is actually mentally and physically exhausting. It's more of an opportunity to get a refreshed perspective on the world after being stuck in the same spot for too long.

There’s a great book called The Art of Travel. In it Alain talks about how our expectations of our holiday can ruin the actual experience. Really good book. goodreads.com/book/show/2342…
