Some process photos, I created lasercut prototypes of the tiles for sizing before after our first manufacturing run. We needed to test as I started resizing the tiles down to the traditional mahjong set size.

I also cut and laminated some up for real size mocks to make sure they fit on the racks perfectly.
Thank you! I def have not posted all my work on CV. I just recently updated my portfolio site with new work. It’s been a slow burn since I’m constantly on projects lately. You should def try the puzzler out!! It provided many a meeting with quiet bonding time during lockdown.
