I wonder if people are trying to add as many “related” words and increase the frequency of those words for ATS / recruiters. Seeing it on a portfolio can be janky, I expect people to write WHAT it was rather than vaguely UX/UI. idk what recruiters are looking for any more tho

So this was in a JD send to me by a third party recruiter and it definitely wasn't a standard JD because it mentioned things like "this would disqualify someone".. Details that are more like the recruiter's personal notes. Which I actually find helpful tbh

But in general I would say this kind of language is a red flag to me because it doesn't convey understanding of how design works
