Researching "Best vacuum for small apartment" Thought Dyson cordless would be it. Turns out the warranty is shit (2 year) and everyone says theirs died before 3 years. Then I learn corded vacuums still have vastly better suction. All that tech to be less good at sucking.

I have the Shark knockoff version of a Dyson cordless vacuum and it's good enough for me.. it's done nicely so far (like ~5 years)
It’s not the best on carpet but I have a giant lint roller I use for the one carpeted room in my apartment
