macbook + monitor + mouse?

i keep hearing that designers need a full setup (macbook + monitor + mouse) for better work, but i've only had a macbook since 2018 and maybe i need an upgrade?????

unpopular (or maybe popular idk) opinion: "design twitter" is overrated. there's a small amount of design ~influencers~ who interact with each other, but there's little space for everyone else.

and the algorithms are just not it

taking random pics of random people in random places

it’s been crazy last few weeks

• new career opportunity
• sudden blow up on twitter that i didn’t expect at all and it did overwhelm me
• having to reject potential clients
• drastic weather change from +26 to +5

but i’m happy where i am now and i’m happy i can chill again

do y'all remember the big Dropbox rebrand back in 2017 and how everyone talked about it and how influencive it felt? i wonder if there are any major brands today that designers talk about in terms of making a difference (twitter's X doesn't count)

spring is springing in Krakow. it’s actually wild to see so many people already chilling outside (and i’m one of them)

last year we had snow around this time

i bought this chocolate thinking it had a coke flavour (kola), only later to find out it's actually caffeine chocolate. but what an amazing box, shape, color, and design!

experimenting with designing (another) dating app and focusing on the brand side.

dating apps are something i'm very familiar with and i hate them. 

so i wanted to design an app that would embrace ✨meaningful✨ connections. something i strongly believe in.
