You can’t see the number of followers and following on someone’s profile. 

People follow each other simply based on their content, there is no popularity bias, and idolizing.

I was inspired by the Q&A section on @dany’s profile. So I expanded the idea a bit. Would love feedback on these questions, which are intended to build relationships with distributed team members.
