Is there anything you do miss about agency life?

One year ago I turned my career around and decided to make the switch from working at a consultancy / agency to working in-house. I was a bit hesitant at first, doubting I would miss the variety of different projects. Turns out it’s the best decision I’ve made 👯♀️
Good question! I don’t really miss anything as my personal experiences with agencies were not the greatest 😅
Same, almost 3 years ago. But I notice I spend much more time now doing stakeholder management. I know it’s not the same everywhere, but I miss a bit the more creative side of it.
Yay, so good to hear! 😌 I’m looking to do the same (switching from agency to in-house). Realized my creativity is better suited in a focused environment— I can’t wait to find the right role
