How do you prioritise / stay motivated to be active?

One year ago I turned my career around and decided to make the switch from working at a consultancy / agency to working in-house. I was a bit hesitant at first, doubting I would miss the variety of different projects. Turns out it’s the best decision I’ve made 👯‍♀️
