Is it a red flag when your manager does a "wrong" math, claims you worked 3 hours less (even when it's an easy math) and pays you less for her mistake? It's already solved, but I don't know if I can trust her anymore...

Yeah, I was going to get far less money this month than what I agreed on as well. I wonder why there are people like that... it hurt your image so much, especially when you're the manager and founder of the company lol
