super easy! just get japanese plums, vodka, rock sugar and put it all in a big jar. i think in the US you can usually get the plums in may
nah usually in japan you use this shochu-like thing called “white liquor” but it’s always super expensive to buy in the US, so i just use vodka. as long as it’s odorless/tasteless you’re good
