Started a new game at work (5 days RTO)

Rules:
- Can only tag the train if the person isn’t at their desk
- Street rules: tag < throwup < piece 
- When tagging, train cannot leave the person’s desk. 
- If caught while doing it by the person, you owe them a snack or lunch

This is to date, the only compelling RTO policy I’ve ever heard

I love my hybrid schedule. I don't want to have to go in every day, but when your team coordinates two (or so) days a week to go in person it can be really nice, both productivity-wise and social-wise. (I am lucky to have a not-too-bad-commute and good coworkers though).

I've seen you mention the 5 days RTO in a previous post. I assume that means you're a fan 😛

Ehh. I was remote from 2018—2024 basically. I believe in remote work, but I also believe in increasing your chances for jobs but bending the knee w RTO. Big fan or remote work though.
