Hey hey!! Does anyone see the benefits of working on one monitor vs. two monitors? I have always worked with one monitor (32”), but recently started considering using two at a time. I would love to hear what everyone else has experienced. #setup

I’ve always switched back and forth over the years between a dual and single monitor setup. Decided to just embrace the single monitor life and don’t have any urges to go back to dual. I love just having a single screen of focus and the space savings on my desk.

I have always used a single monitor, but I would like to experiment with two. Maybe then I’ll go back to one monitor.

Definitely give it a go before you ultimately decide!

The same thing that goes for good design goes for screens: don’t divert attention. If you want a laptop screen on the side to check secondary info, ok, but don’t put two same sized screens next to each other. Go with a larger one.

You will always have a crooked neck with two main screens. I use a 34” and that’s a bit too large to comfortably see the edges. Hard either way figma / framer sideboards.
