There’s so much on this lol. 1) The proximity between the Header and Body copy. 2) The contrast in the text should be swapped 3) Divider Lines would be nice and hopefully 4) Then remove the question marks.
Pretty much hit the nail on the head here. #1 is the most egregious one of them all.
