there’s empowerment in taking ownership and aligning your actions towards intentional growth. even if that takes time, the important part is that you build your own understanding of success with whatever means you can afford.

One thing I’m intentionally trying to change is to be more appreciative about design. A lot of design culture is to criticize other design just because it doesn’t fit their taste.

Not gonna lie, as a product designer I've been feeling burnt out for a while now - no matter how much PTO I take. How do y'all deal with burnout?

TIL Most design studios just use WordPress. Even the biggest ones charging 100k+. Found this while checking websites for Design Spotlight. Some use Cargo/Squarespace, few Webflow/Readymag. Custom builds? Rare. So stop overthinking your portfolio site. Pick a template. Launch it.
