Is it lame to suggest iCloud private relay on Mac? That comes free with my subscription. It cuts you off when you go to torrent sites, but otherwise it’s solid and there is nothing to install.

Yeah, it has an interesting dialog that informs you about the risks of the dark web and says you can hit the joint but it won’t be your getaway driver any more.

I use Nord (still) because they keep giving me a discount every time my subscription is up for renewal.

That’s why I’ve stuck with Nord as long as I have. I just got that renewal reminder/offer. Proton is looking pretty appealing though. More for about the same cost.

Proton is good, you can get other things like Mail and Storage with it too.

Happy Proton User. Also used Windscribe (recommended by a security friend). Like Proton’s UX better + use their mail for work.
