The original idea was to allow you to access the system elements from anywhere. To use in any app.

Hm. Not really using the values outside of tools where they are already available natively (design/code) I hink🤔

That’s my hunch (and why I never explored this idea further). Wondered if non-design could benefit (brand, marketing), but they also already have tools.
