In your opinion, what makes it so much worse? I think most project management tools suck because they're overly complex. One team I was on just used a Trello board and that was sufficient enough..
Just to begin, I feel like each time I have to go there, I just cannot find anything, sometimes it just doesn’t work; today it couldn’t create a new comment to the ticket, and no one ever knows how to do some things in the UI… total mess
Oof, that does sound messy.. I don't know why these products can't get the most basic things right. Feels like just about everything is a MVP these days lol
