It seems like platforms like fiverr have been rough for both freelancers and people hiring them since forever but I also don’t know what’s better outside of referrals.
Meetups? Especially local ones? Usually that’s how a lot of companies here had been hiring devs (I ran the Ruby meetup in Vienna for years and we constantly had companies sponsoring and looking to hire). Might be worth a try?
