Think about meetings that don't achieve anything. If you keep going to them, you'll keep getting invited.

Great work needs concentration without distraction. Say no to unimportant things and focus on the few that matter.

It's time product designers reclaimed the "product" half of their title. A product designer’s role is both design and product, not just design.

When Elon took over twitter I thought things would get bad, but I didn't think it'd be this sad.

About half my time as a manager is identifying two people working on something similar and getting them to talk to each other.

When I got promoted to Principal Designer years ago, "strategy" became part of my job description. Only thing is... I didn't know what strategy *was*.
