I've been going really hard on myself. I have a goal and don't want to stop until it becomes reality and it requires me to work really hard. The goal is to move to a new country and you know it's not an easy task. Finding a job in a different country is one of the hardest things.

I love working in an office. Especially at my last company Jotform which we had amazing people and environment. But the commute in istanbul made it horrible for me since it was taking 4~ hours everyday. And now summer break ended and schools are open, this makes traffic lot worse

I’ve been using Arc by the browser company for the last couple of months. I love it but for the next week I’ll try to use Safari again. Let’s see if the experience is soooo different or not

What do you guys think on joining a startup as a designer and being asked to work on small marketing visuals as well? Is it a big red flag or can be understandable?

I realized a major problem.. I wasn't able to run vite or next projects in my home directory in both my work and personal computers somehow. I just created a second user and tried with it, it worked. Then I logged in to my iCloud account and it literally stopped working

so it’s live.. frey.money can’t believe we are doing this but it’s exciting. It’ll probably look so different when we really launch the test flight app but let’s see

designing new components which you wouldn’t be able to find just by searching web is both really hard and fun at the same time. You really feel that you are finding solutions to the specific needs of users.

The feeling of resolving big problems in the design process is amazing.. we’ve been working on a complicated project on integrations which is very complex, and after almıst 2 weeks we were able to simplify the flow soooo much. such a relief

how do you stand against the act of skipping a design problem because it just works and might not have a lot of impact on business and user? is it okay to leave it like that?

Started building something on the side, something I wouldn’t be able to pull off just by myself but let’s see how it goes

people go ahead and find the most weird edge case in any system and be like “you don’t even design bro?” but also forget that “people” are designing those

Sharing a finished & polished design project is great.. but sharing WIP is the best. Modal I designed for Peaka's Data Table component.
