Damn, you pick your career as a designer cause you wanna make stuff and you work really hard to make great stuff in your career …. But your reward is to be promoted to a position where you just manage fires and oversee requirements :/
So true. Never have time to actually do my true work on client projects. Maybe Its agency mindset, curious of it feels different for freelance
