Every time I've visited the Atlas page, I've noticed this illustration and I love it so much. :) The Altas brand is so clean and polished and this illustration fits really well with all of it.

Thank you. The site is very well done. They have a solid design team over there. Their past card, Point, was also very neat

Ooooh that makes a lot of sense. The creative direction for Point felt pretty similar to Atlas. Man, what a killer design team. 👏🏻

It was a about a year ago that I worked on this but I remember we referenced ephemera from the golden era of flight, a variety of stamps, and the classic graphic novel "The Adventures of Tintin". There were other illustrated elements that I hope get to see the light of day.

I'm just going to keep diving into this. This idea stemmed from this illustration I'd made for another pitch that wasn't used. It felt tidy in some ways. Also there was an effort to create an individual that felt more international, charming... and also not a dog lol.

I'd be remiss if I didnt mention the Atlas brand team who provided me excellent support and direction Sid Parihar Blake Myer Summer Kang Tryan Peterson

While imagining this individual's aesthetic, we discussed brands like Rimowa, Teenage Engineering, and Concorde. I've always been a fan of Nicolas Menard and Johnny Kelly, Nexus studios. Some of that has bled into here too. Also, in-flight safety pamphlets were a big reference.
