Designers know the industry do a lot of back and forth over Twitter. If you’re not on it you’re gonna miss it. 

People should be wherever the industry is. Not expect the industry to come chasing unfortunately.

We released 100 spots on Twitter yesterday and I am embarrassed to say that 90+ of those spots were men. Definitely going to look for more diverse and underrepresented communities to open invites to.

Hot take: while it’s great to expand and look into different communities to provide invites to… it doesn’t mean that the open and unbiased way of sharing codes on Twitter is any worse.
