job market sucks rn for junior/mid level designers and it's interesting to now clearly see that there are tons of opps out there, but it's hard to find jobs that both: 1. pay well 2. are high quality/won't detract from your mental health w/ all the crazy role requirements

biggest surprise in this design career pivot is that design is the Wild West sooo many opportunities out there. it's up to you to: know what you want, find high quality opps, and to wield the power of "No" (which I'm now learning ๐ )
My advice to junior/mid-level designers is: 1) do your best to find a manager that supports you and 2) don't put any one company on a pedestal because there's no such thing as a "perfect" company/job, esp going by these last couple years
