Is there a base/default Figma template where you work? If so, what does it look like?

There is but I'm kinda exempt from it (at least for now) But my hot take is I think that kind of thing isn't really necessary and often times takes too much effort to have to reconfigure for every project

Easier to just let people organize their little shapes and texts imo

It may take some time and convincing but I'd venture to guess you're probably not the only person thinking this.. It may just take some evidence to get your boss on board
