Every time I run dev mode in figma the app freezes. Is it only me facing this issue? Just started a few days back was initially fine

Alot of tech companies big or small don't hire from Africa despite how big and fast the market is. Scrolling through filters on careers pages only to realize all continents exist but Africa doesn't really hurts. I wonder why because it's really not about talent.
