So, it’s official. From Jan 2024 we will move to Santa Monica from Italy, becoming expats. If you live there, or in the Los Angeles area and have suggestions on which is the best, safest area to live or any other great suggestion, please share it here ⤵️ I am over the moon 🥹
I transferred a UK to California license and I had to take a theory and practical test. The in car test was ridiculously easy though, like we never reversed the whole time
I think it's basically parallel parking and a three-point turn in NY and you're good.
I don’t live there but I’ve spent a lot of time in LA. If you are looking for something near Santa Monica I would check out Mars Vista, Culver City, and Playa Vista. They’re safe, not as hot as the rest of LA, and if you have people visiting you, only a short drive from LAX
