Double Diamond as a design process model does not mean anything and is just a washed out procedure that leads towards monotony in design. Every design process is like that and because it’s a process it is affecting creativity.
Also, if you’re in a Dual-Track Agile setup at work, but somehow world-class design innovation doesn’t materialize from within a mutated hellspawn-workflow originating in 15 software consultants’ outdated decades-old manifesto, you might want to try:

I can’t tell you the number of calls I sit in where folks insist on just filling out tickets and telling others to go fill out tickets 🫠
I worked on a team where we just used Trello for project tracking and now anything more complicated than that just seems.. unnecessary lol Or Trello + written documentation
