I agree, here I don't care about the following/followers ratio :) There are no ads bombarding me all over the place, just pure engagement with others. I still haven't tried mastodon or blue sky yet tho

Yah. X feels like it’s trying to become everything to everyone. Threads feels like a wolf in sheep's clothing. Posts feels like it’s just honestly built for its community, which I connect with the most. Big picture, each have their own reason for being which I appreciate. 😊

I’ve only used Post. I have an allergy to super huge social networks in general. But curious, what’s wrong with Threads in your opinion?

Threads has become much better since launch. Overall I think it’s just a community and trust thing for me. I trust the motivations of this team, and the community I’m looking to connect with is here. No influencers and noise. Just focused, authentic, calm, and productive. 😊
