Interesting… What were the questions you removed? I’m about to add some to our homepage thinking it was a good idea
Traffic on my website has increased significantly over the past few weeks, but my bookings have stagnated. Decided to try an A/B test of removing all questions from my booking link, and adding a generic contact form as well; 24 hours later, a new booking and a form fill. 😳😩
I heard from a few people that sometimes clients just don't want to hop on a call to discuss everything these days, they just want to email you. Which is why I added the form; I had specifically not included a form to get people to book, but sometimes booking is...too much?
Thanks for your insight. I’m thinking of preempting a potential clients concerns about engaging us with FAQs, so not quite the same thing. But definitely have a form so user doesn’t have to jump into another app (if the don’t want to). Always learning.
I’ve found FAQs on my website incredibly useful, and they’re good for SEO as well if they match the same things frequently searched for.
