I hate NDAs. Designers have to be silent for most of their tenure at a company. When they leave, they have to sneak their work out for their portfolio or they’ll have nothing to show employers. 

We get hired based on what we make, but we can’t talk about or show what we make.

was at my first networking event in almost a year! super casual, how it should be

career update! ended my 2 years at www.globalnews.ca on friday, leading design throughout our entire website. launched a lot of my best work here! obviously you can tell there was never a dull moment.
