Whoever allows for remote work, pays well and has at least one other designer.. That already is a tall order for a startup lol
If I could guarantee you a full onsite interview loop with any 2-3 startups, which would you pick and why?
I should add: That also isn’t doing something sketchy for their business model because.. that can also be hard to fit tbh
Companies willing to give design a chance are scarce, especially in my part of the world. I choose my current org because they wanted to set up an in-house Service Design team to work on problems outside the interface and I wanted to see how that will work out.
plus the people were great and the problem space (agriculture) was an unknown to me.
No specific company, but any residential real estate startup that is working towards giving buyers / sellers more autonomy in transactions would be a blast to work for. The industry is about 40 years overdue for a shakeup, the problem spaces are vast and ripe for opps
In tech everything comes and goes, so something that's at least fun, exciting, with decent people and good pay.
