..Is that a thing? I haven't used Slack for work in so long that I get more and more wary about having to eventually use it again lol
Wait, are the messages from Slack after 90 days really behind a paywall? Nah, this is NOT POSSIBLE. It would be too insane...
To my surprise, after all these years on the internet... yes, it is a real thing. They are giving us reasons not to use it basically lol
I've always wanted to try this which seems like the opposite of Slack in some ways: twist.com/home?_ga=2.139…
Me too! And I love Todoist and just the general vibe of the team and company. I would happily give them my money if I had a use case for twist tbh
Do you have any experience with Microsoft Teams in these last months? It seems to be pretty interesting to use Office 365 with their Copilot now, but God, I don't like their design very much 😅
I have to use MS Teams at work and some of the stuff is so randomly buggy?? For example a few weeks ago one of my coworkers video in a video call was upside down 🙃🫣😂🤷🏻♀️
But to answer your question, I think I work too little with the Office suite these days to have something like copilot be really helpful for my workflow. I also agree with you, not a fan of their design or general vibe.
Well, I would have to do a very in-depth analysis of why people use Slack in the first place... Discord has Nitro with many rewards for their main users; Microsoft Teams is *from Microsoft*; I don't know about ClickUp or Asana, but they don't seem to limit message history...
Probably limiting certain features, AI-powered stuff, messaging/thread report (don't know what it is, but I saw on their website), and things like the limit of channels maybe?
