FigJam has always made for them loses as people would honestly just ignore it (like me) and use something else for what it does for free

This structure is better for the Org plan we are on. I’m curious how it feels for Professional plan users. Was hoping someone would sound in on that.

I use the professional plan at the company and I never use Figjam

I'm not stressing this _too_ bad since it's already what I'm paying but anyone who doesn't use FigJam has an understandable reason to be annoyed by this.

I will say, adding more value (while increasing the price) is the right move — price increases never feel good, but at least this one isn’t completely arbitrary

Yeah well we are on the Org plan so it’s not bad tbh. This structure is easier for me to manage as admin. And yeah @danmag unlike other tools increasing prices in 2025, at least they added some value.

This is overall a good thing for our team (though I know that’s not the case for everyone) as we have more devs than designers. It’s bonkers to me that until this update, access to dev mode costs the same as a full design seat. +1 for baked in FigJam/Slides and collab seats!

Oh wow. Our team doesn’t use Dev seats at all. I’m glad Figjam is still $5 since we made the decision to move from Miro to Figjam.

If this means I won't be accidentally charged for having too many Figjam files then I am happy

Looking forward to how the new seat upgrade flow will look for admins. So hoping that solves all the complaints of accidental seat upgrades.
