How do you prioritise / stay motivated to be active?

Find something you really, deeply enjoy and you’ll crave it. I do pilates 6x week because I need it for all my healths. I don’t love traditional exercise, and I also dance + take walks daily. I’m not big on exercise buddies, i won’t rely on other’s motivations or whims.

I absolutely love pilates as well, but since I moved I don’t have a studio around me anymore. Do you have any suggestions for online classes? I tried Lottie Murphy on YouTube and Fluidform’s 14 day trial and loved both 😊

Yes! I just came back from class ✨ I do reformer in studio so I haven’t looked into online classes yet, good to know those ones!! Let me ask my teachers if they have other recommendations?? Maybe grab one of the classical mat pilates books and program some routines?
