Try to spin it into a growth question. "How would working here contribute to your personal and professional goals?" "What opportunities do you see that you didn't have in the past?" "What do you bring that can help others on the team achieve their goals?"

I wouldn't overthink it, talk about being interested in their work + how your unique experiences and skillsets enable you to help their teams. It's helpful when their mission or product interests you, but even when now you can find a weak tie and standardize-ish your replies
