Don't you love when your client takes longer than 30 days to provide feedback and, when they do, they impose an awfully close delivery date, assuming that you'll be working saturday and sunday without paying any extra or asking if it's possible, like you don't have a life?🥰
include the minimum timing into the contract and put an extra on urgent requests: this makes most of requests not that urgent and those, which actually are, will pay off x2
the quickness with which I would drop this client… “any requests for changes will be addressed as timely and respectfully as they were provided. kindly eat shit for the next 30 days”
